Justin Kramer is the Director of Emerging Technologies and Data Analytics for the Orlando Utilities Commission. He has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialty in Sustainable Energy Engineering from Florida State University. While at FSU, he was the project manager for the Energy and Sustainability Center and has experience in Hydrogen Combustion, Building Efficiency, Solar Thermal energy, Fuel Cells, Electrolysis, Electric Vehicles, Microgrids, and PV technologies. With his professional engineering license, he has designed and commissioned all sizes of buildings, all over the world but prefers work in the Caribbean. At OUC he leads a team of engineers and analysts working on projects including Vehicle-to-Grid demonstrations, Hydrogen technologies, Microgrid controls, flow batteries, and other emerging technologies. He also leads a team of analysts that are providing insights that will enable OUC to be a data driven organization, helping OUC transform into the Utility of the Future.
