Adrian Leithead is a dedicated sustainability professional with over ten years of experience in project management, climate strategy, and energy efficiency consulting. Currently serving as a Resiliency & Sustainability Planner III at the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council, Adrian leads the development of regional climate action plan and emissions reduction strategies for the east central Florida region. He is currently managing the EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant for the region and developed methodologies to forecast and reduce emissions across various sectors. Previously, Adrian worked as a Senior Energy and Technical Consultant with Elmhurst Energy Services, where he conducted energy audits, produced Energy Performance Certificates, and provided expert guidance on energy efficiency. Known for his analytical skills, strategic insights, and stakeholder engagement, Adrian brings a robust expertise in creating sustainable, data-driven solutions to complex environmental challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Applied Environmental Science and Physical Geography from Keele University.
